Aiden has had an amazing summer. He has NOT ONCE asked to go back to Lexington. In fact, he has started referring to the dorm we live in as the "GSP House". Whenever we are coming home from the pool, he can see it off in the distance and starts screaming for it!
There's no wonder why he's had a great time, though. Numerous play buddies, cereal for dinner, and an endless supply of sun chips. I swear, the kid could eat those for every meal and be happy. :)
The other day Aiden even learned how to jump in the pool by himself. He loves to do it! Now to teach him how to dodge other people... He loves swimming, and we're lucky enough that Ollie enjoys the pool too. A few times a week John is able to join us, which Aiden loves.
We have had a great time here, but I think we're all ready to get home soon. Well, kinda. The other day we were having the conversation about going back to "Aiden's house" in Lexington. It didn't go well, but it makes me happy to know that Aiden has had such a great time. I hope we get to come back for at least one more year.
Wow Aiden!! We are sooooo proud of you. You are getting so big to be able to jump in the pool by yourself!! We love you ~ Nana and Papaw
